CarveGrid policy
Privacy Policy
Effective July 13, 2026
CarveGrid is designed as a local-first pattern-drafting app. This policy explains what the app and this website handle.
Information stored by the app
Pattern projects, board dimensions, chip placements, settings, and onboarding state are stored on your device. CarveGrid does not require an account.
Subscriptions and purchases
If you choose CarveGrid Premium, Apple App Store or Google Play processes the subscription and payment. RevenueCat processes app-user identifiers, product and transaction information, subscription status, and related diagnostic data so CarveGrid can offer, unlock, and restore Premium across eligible installations. CarveGrid and RevenueCat do not receive your full payment-card details.
Exports and sharing
PNG and PDF files are created on your device. A file leaves the app only when you use the operating system share or print controls and choose a destination.
Website support requests
The support form collects the name, email address, subject, and message you submit so App Factory can respond. Do not include sensitive information. Form delivery is handled through the website host.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
CarveGrid is not designed with third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete individual patterns or reset the local pattern library in the app. Removing the app also removes its locally stored project data, subject to your device backup settings. Platform stores and RevenueCat retain subscription records according to their respective policies and legal obligations. Support messages may be retained as needed to resolve the request and maintain business records.
Children
CarveGrid is a general-purpose creative tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Use the Support page for privacy questions.
